Owned and operated by Paula Rockoff and her two daughters, Stacy Carr and Lindsey Braunstein, Always the Children is a quaintly cluttered shop smack-dab in the middle of "Main Street" Chappaqua. The plain white facade belies the colorful world of children's bedroom customization that lives inside. From baby-sized throw rugs to lighting fixtures, and from decorative accessories to antique and one-of-a-kind furniture pieces, it has it all.
