Mr. Dutton's law practice focuses exclusively on U.S. immigration law. He has considerable experience in handling the following types of nonimmigrant (temporary status) cases: B-1/B-2 visitor, F-1 student, J-1 exchange visitor, H-1B temporary worker, K-1 fiancee, K-3 spouse, L-1 intracompany transferee and O-1 alien with extraordinary ability. Mr. Dutton also has considerable experience with employment-based and family-based immigration cases as well as with U.S. naturalization cases. His clients are diverse in nature: over the last decade, he has worked with many thousands of individuals, small start-up companies, medium-sized companies, multinational corporations, major regional hospitals - and even government agencies.
