A record collector for over 20 years, founder and principal owner Chris Maestro dreamed of opening a space to house his 5000+ record collection while featuring beer from some of the best local craft breweries. After 5 years years of research, planning, working in the craft beer industry, and finding the ideal space, BierWax finally became a reality on Dec. 13, 2017.

We specialize in local craft beer, but also serve wine, cider, mead, cocktails and liquor pours. With over 4,000 records behind the bar, there is always a record spinning.
