Boller Properties was founded in the spring of 2017 in the Sullivan Catskills. The firm was created to provide a custom sales platform for sellers in the Sullivan Catskills (SUCA). Real estate firms prior to Boller Properties have not offered customized marketing materials and targeted advertisements for luxury listings. For decades, the only options for sellers were to list with a local agent and hope for the best. Boller Properties introduced a new business model in favor of sellers with luxury homes. Based out of New York City, Boller Properties offers a strategic presence in the Metropolitan area, bringing luxury listings from the Catskills to buyers in New York City and the surrounding boroughs. With a flagship location in Manhattan, they are part of a massive network of real estate brokers giving them access to a wider audience in the brokerage community.
