Dr. Charles M. Noyer is Board-certified in Internal Medicine & Gastroenterology; an expert in all gastroenterology disorders and is one of the few doctors in the region to perform endoscopic ultrasounds. He previously was section chief of the gastroenterology division at White Plains Hospital. Before rejoining the Hospital, Dr. Noyer was a partner at Digestive Disease and Nutrition Consultants of Westchester. Dr. Noyer earned his medical degree from the State University of New York
