History
In 2006 my exploration into wellness began. After 10 years of sedentary work as a film/video editor, I felt like I was going to die. So, I quit what was making me miserable and unwell. I took it upon myself to lose 65lbs. I achieved my goal after months of hard work, yoga, cardio and lots of massage! From my experience, incorporating massage into my fitness regime aided greatly in not having any injuries from my workouts and quick recovery times. And thus began my exploration in to a journey with massage. After successfully completing two different Thai Massage classes in Thailand, I decided to enroll in The Swedish Institute in order to expand my knowledge about massage.In 2010 I graduated and began my journey into healing.
