Country Folks is a weekly farm newspaper that is published in four editions. It serves commercial farmers throughout the Northeast, Maine, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia and New York. It provides information on the dairy industry, corn, alfalfa, beef the and small ruminants. Country Folks staff exhibits at various agricultural tradeshows and offers special issues to several attendees with extra circulation. The newspaper also publishes a variety of articles and features on poultry and horses, as well as industry and association news. In addition, it publishes classified advertisements. Located in Palatine Bridge, N.Y., Country Folks provides an online subscription service. The newspaper is a part of Lee Publications, which publishes news for the agricultural, heavy construction, aggregate, commercial horticulture and solid waste industries.
