Having never worked for a customs brokerage company and having passed the exam I had no idea how to clear a shipment. I started with fresh fish then moved on to clearing cheeses and chocolates, watches, garments, human blood, live animals, electronics, all food items, fresh & frozen. Whenever a client needed a shipment cleared I learned how to do it. The people at the airline and the agencies saw me working all the time and sent me referrals. All our clients are referred to us by other customers. I am very good with FDA and USDA products. We also do consulting on all imports. We handle all shea butter, black soap, all food items from West Africa, The Middle East, South America, The Caribbean, India, China, Korea, Nepal, Europe, all Italian Cheeses and food items, and many other countries too numerous to mention.
