After earning her MD at Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, Romania, Dr. Olanescu broadened her expertise through an internal medicine residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City and an OB/GYN residency at Jersey City Medical Center in Jersey City, New Jersey. Today, she is a fellow of the American Board of Internal Medicine and of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.Dr. Olanescu is deeply committed to serving the multicultural and multiethnic community of Queens, New York.She is a board-certified OB/GYN with physician affiliations at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital, Long Island Jewish Forest Hills Hospital, and Flushing Hospital.She knows that the diversity of the Queens community can bring a variety of medical needs and challenges, as well as a range of lifestyle goals.
