GREYS unique philosophy approaches personal training holistically. We are a one on one personal training studio established in 2014 in Clinton Hill. At Greys, we provide a truly unique experience wherein we offer the exclusive use of our ENTIRE facility for ONE client at a time in personal training. Within our fully appointed space, you will find fixed, and mobile equipment and accessories for a full spectrum variated workout that is without shortcuts. As part of this customization, clients experience a best in class made to measure workout while enjoying their own music and our garden. We believe this provides for an augmented experience in training where all environmental conditions, equipment, and fitness training are married for the benefit of the client. The mission for our clients is to build a strong physical foundation that is injury resistant, while also learning techniques to take with them for a lifetime. We offer strength and conditioning training, rowing, biking, Olympic lifting, foundational gymnastics, movement therapy, HIIT, TRX, kettlebells, and much more!
