Institutes of Applied Human Dynamics, also known as IAHD, is a nonprofit tax-exempt corporation that serves people with behavior al disorders and developmental disabilities. It also operates the St. Jude Habilitation Institute, Dorothy Ball Devito Conference Center, St. Mary's School and Day Habilitation Center. Operational since 1957, Institutes of Applied Human Dynamics serves Bronx and Westchester counties in New York. The corporation offers early intervention evaluation, vocational and family support services, as well as several after-school programs. It additionally serves people with neurological impairments and psychiatric disorders. The corporation s staff includes caseworkers, entitlement specialists, supervisors, assistant program administrators and social workers.
