He has extensive experience litigating complex matters including those concerning commercial disputes, construction claims, real estate transactions, employment disputes and personal injury matters. Mr. Jagiani also has considerable experience in the field of transactional real estate. He has represented purchasers and sellers of condominiums and cooperative apartments, private homes and investments properties in financed and all cash deals.
