You can totally tell that the rice and chicken were dry. :(

Even the veggies were overcooked. I do not understand the addition of that white sauce. The only saving grace is the onion and peppers.

Paella Shack was amazing, so worth trying, very Spaniard authentic! Overall a five, the paella felt very juicy, the size was great and the people very friendly.
