Located in Princeton, N.J., Eden Institute is an educational service provided by the Eden Family of Services, a New Jersey-based nonprofit organization that offers various programs to support the needs of individuals with autism. Established in 1975, Eden Institute is the founding program of Eden Family of Services that provides year-round educational services for children and youth with autism. Its teaching techniques are based on the principles of applied behavior analysis that provides treatment on the basis of data collected during a session. The institute has a student-teacher ratio of 3- to-1. The institute s classroom programs include early and middle childhood, transition, and prevocational and vocational preparation programs.
