Pioneer Hair Design has been in business since 1999. Its proprietor, Jose Dominguez, is originally from Cuba and has lived in Rockville Centre since 1956. Pioneer's interior features a large model of the Rockville Centre church that Dominguez himself crafted. Pioneer's stylists, who speak both English and Spanish, offer men's, women's and children's haircuts and styles, as well as coloring and shaving.
