We are a small family business that specializes in carpet and upholstery cleaning. We steam clean everything from houses to apartments, commercial locations , boats , cars , RV's , trucks , couches, recliners, dining room chairs etc. we also offer tile and grout cleaning services for kitchens and bathrooms . We use the finest equipment and take pride in every job we do treating your home as if it were our own. Price list : Carpet - 40 cents per sq/f Stairways(carpet) - $3 per tread $6 per landing Tile- 80 cents per sq/f Deodorizing(addition after cleaning)- 12 cents per sq/f Couches: Sofa- $100 Love seat-$75 Recliner-$50 Sectional sofa- price varies depending on size Small chairs (dining room chairs) - $15 per chair Area Rugs- Off site (pick up and delivery after drying) $1.50 per square foot On site (same as reg carpet ) Vehicles Cars: Carpet- $50 Seats-$75 SUVs and Vans: Carpet- $75 Seats-$75(third row additional $25) Boats and Rvs call for pricing * $100 minimum
