Rent-A-Center (RAC) is a national home furnishing rental company with several branches in Westchester County. The White Plains location, across from the hospital on East Post Road, has been in business since 2005. Customers can come in or check the Web site for furniture, appliances, home entertainment systems, computers and other household items, all of which are available for rent at RAC. Contracts are offered on weekly, biweekly and monthly terms, and heavier items are delivered, set up and carried away at no extra charge.
