On August 30, 1993, together with Steve Rubel, John and Josh opened the law firm of Rubel, Rosenblum and Bianco, LLP. With the departure of Steve Rubel in 2008, the firm became known as Rosenblum & Bianco, LLP. Our practice is focused on the representation of landlords in New York City and the surrounding counties. Our firm appears regularly in the five boroughs of New York City as well as in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, and Tarrytown. We handle landlord-tenant matters in the Civil Court of the City of New York and the Supreme Court of the State of New York, as well as at administrative agencies.

The need for a quality representation has been made more urgent by the recent enactment of the HSTPA and then the global pandemic. Division of Human Rights: our attorneys have experience in defending Human Rights complaints.
