Synergy Fitness of Long Beach offers two storefronts of gym, one that is full of equipment and free weights and another that acts as an aerobic and class studio. Since 2007, Synergy has been open 24 hours a day on weekdays, offering great deals to members. The gym is super clean and has a policy that any staff member can be interrupted to answer a question.
