History
Tribeca Therapy is excited to announce the launch of our new Brooklyn office in Park Slope. In early 2020, Founder and Clinical Director Matt Lundquist began offering therapy sessions for the first time in Brooklyn from an office in his Park Slope home in what we hoped would be the beginning of a second office for Tribeca Therapy. Little did any of us know that by mid-March with the COVID-19 quarantine that all of his sessions would be happening from that office (just not the way we intended).
Specialties
We are working remotely, offering phone and video sessions for the duration of the corona virus. We provide creative non-diagnostic psychotherapy in Tribeca, offering individual, group, couples and family therapy, as well as therapy for children and teens. Our therapists create a growth-oriented, positive therapy experience that is built to meet your needs. Part of a movement away from diagnosis and pathology (while not rejecting diagnosis outright), we see therapy as a collaborative process that is custom-made from our advanced knowledge of diverse therapeutic tools. We also provide clinical supervision and training for student therapists and professionals in practice, including social workers, creative arts therapists and professional counselors.
