The Home Inspection Report is written in a simple to understand way and will include the detailed photos of all areas of concern with commentary. The Home Inspection will help you to intelligently speak with anyone involved in the transaction (Realtors, Attorneys, Sellers, Contractors) and successfully negotiate the price with the sellers if necessary.
