History
Teresa Yent has been serving the triangle since 1997 when she first began helping retirees and seniors find affordable health insurance, long term care and fixed annuities. At that time, her business was called Golden Years Insurance Agency. Jim Yent joined the firm in 2002 after he was the blessed recipient of a transplanted kidney. After Jim joined the firm, we expanded by adding our investment and advisory services offering portfolio management and securities products. We changed our name to Golden Years Advisors LLC to better reflect our core mission with our clients.
