Hello! My name is Nicole Souza. I am the owner of a cottage food licensed bakery in Mountain House. Although my specialty is making delicious cinnamon rolls, I also make many other tasty treats. All my products are made with farm fresh eggs, Grade A butter and other quality ingredients. My apple bread boasts of perfectly ripened apples, banana nut bread is mixed with the best bunches of bananas and lemon bread contains fresh squeezed lemons. My products are always made from scratch, never a box or premade option. Beyond giant cinnamon rolls, I offer delicious breads, fun flavored cereal bars, Coffeecakes, doughnuts, Bundt cakes, granola/granola bars, brownies and numerous cookie varieties. During holiday seasons I also prepare specialty baskets that include samples of my seasonal treats. I accept Cash and Venmo.
