She's available throughout the building process to answer design or general building production questions. Our Business If you choose to procure a lender, one of the first steps they typically require is to verify the financial stability of your builder. Be assured, we are financially sound and have all the credentials your bank or lender will need. We are considered an approved builder at over a dozen local lenders.
