Main Street Portsmouth In Bloom (MSPIB) is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization dedicated to the beautification, preservation, and revitalization of Downtown Portsmouth, Ohio. As a partner of America In Bloom, Heritage Ohio, and the National Main Street Program, MSPIB utilizes support for downtown beautification, maintenance of city parks, historic preservation, community outreach, local business promotion, and regional economic development.
