National All-Jersey, also known as NAJ, is an agency that produces and markets milk. It works with a several groups of industry organizations for finding ways to deal with growing milk imports. The agency conducts monthly cattle appraisals in New York, Kentucky, Georgia, Tennessee, Arkansas and Missouri. National All-Jersey maintains Jersey, Brown Swiss and Holstein breeds of cows. It offers a selection of milk products under the trade name of All-Jersey. Additionally, it participates in the domestic and international marketing of Jersey genetics. The agency analyzes the annual cost of production on per cow basis. It provides Christmas cards and Jersey calendars.
