Sharon Nursery was founded in 1952 by Bill Wersel and Stan Handorf as the Village Landscape Service Company. It primarily focused on lawn maintenance and grass-cutting. When the owners moved to Springdale, Ohio, on Sharon Road, the owners changed its name to Sharon Nursery and added landscape installation to its expanding services. Its experienced landscape designers prepare a detailed site plan for clients outdoor living space. The company is located in Maineville, Ohio, and employs approximately 60 people.
