TDDS Technical Institute has been training diesel mechanics and truck drivers for more than 33 years. It offers a variety of truck driver training programs on various topics, such as hazardous materials, map reading, cargo handling, defensive driving, trip planning, accident reporting, and proper braking and shifting. The institute also provides training related to air brake systems, general knowledge, combination vehicle, safety regulations, proper mirror usage, gear patterns and distance judgment. TDDS Technical Institute s diesel mechanic and technician trainings include advanced training in electronics and computer diagnostics on heavy-duty trucks and related diesel equipment. Additionally, it offers a range of services in the areas of job placement, financial aid and student housing. TDDS Technical Institute is certified by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) and is licensed by the Ohio Department of Public Safety.
