Broker/Owner James got his associate real estate license in 2001 and started working as an agent and assistant to his long-time friend Joel Garcia in Oklahoma City. In 2003 Joel and James tripled their 2002 production. In 2004 they doubled their 2003 production. Because of their success both in sales and in building the #1 real estate website in the State, in 2005 Joel obtained his Broker license and they opened a branch office of Paula and Company Real Estate at 7101 NW Expressway. In 2008 they moved their office to the Plaza District at 1706 NW 16th St. Then to 8312 NW 39th Expressway in Bethany in 2014. In 2015, Joel sadly passed away. James then obtained his Broker license and formed Loxwood Real Estate. Joel is sorely missed, but we strive to keep his tradition of service and excellence alive and well.
