Founded in 1982, Eclectic Institute offers a range of botanical herbs for health enhancement. It owns and operates a more than 90 acres organic farm that grows a variety of herbs, including Echinacea Tennesseensis, Hydrastis Canadensis, Ginseng, Siberian Motherwort, Shiitake Mushroom, Marshmallow and Lemon Balm for use in various formulations. The institute also provides organic alcohol extracts that are flavored to enhance therapeutic value. In addition, Eclectic Institute offers alcohol-free glycerin that is used as a preservative as well as an alternative to alcohol for the administration of herbal remedies. It also formulates specific combinations of natural ingredients for the development of hypoallergenic, comprehensive nutritional products.
