Hook N Ladder Pizza is a real 1980 Pierce 900 Firetruck that has been repurposed as a Food truck. We have 42 inch brick oven that we burn wood to heat the oven to 600 to 700 degrees. We use the best ingredients and make the pizza in the truck. It has the Class 4 food truck

We had a pizza today while out at Zerba's tasting room in Dundee. It was excellent! Great crust and toppings. Will need to figure out how to find where they normally set up shop.
