Located in Portland, Ore., Multnomah County Road Maintenance is one of the divisions of the Multnomah County. It offers a variety of road maintenance programs and services, including surface, drainage and emergency maintenance programs, right-of-way and maintenance support program, vegetation management and rock crusher operation services. Its surface maintenance program provides asphalt, concrete and paving, chip and crack sealing, contract overlay preparation and street sweeping. It offers emergency services for snow removal, sanding, anit-icing and washout and slide repairs. The department s drainage maintenance program offers catch basin, ditch and culvert cleaning; culvert installation; and national pollutant discharge elimination system monitoring. It also provides guardrail repair, litter removal and shoulder grading services. Its maintenance support maintains the equipment maintenance and moving and stock piling services. In addition, Multnomah County Road Maintenance has a vegetation management division that controls the chemical and mechanical balance of the region.
