Hi, I'm Carolyn. I started Wildlight to help women and bipoc professionals expand in their careers, with confidence. Raised by immigrant parents in Oakland, I was the first in my family to attend college. I have a degree in Communications and Business from UC Berkeley and 15 years of sales, leadership and marketing experience at high-growth companies including early-stage Yelp and ClassPass. After a decade of living in Brooklyn and giving birth to two kids, we drove our family across the country, back to our West Coast roots, and now live in Portland.
Specialties
The Wildlight Course is six weeks of training and 1:1 coaching that combines self reflection with proven communications strategies to help you identify your purpose and create the best path forward in your career. The coaching and training are all done virtually and I work with clients from all over the US.
