Allegheny County Community has over 1.2 million residents and is home to a number of health care, educational and cultural institutions. Based in Pittsburgh, Pa., it has state-of-the-art technology, medical industries, an airport, a cultural district and a commitment to the environment, including reclaiming and redeveloping former industrial sites to turn into active economic and recreational uses.
