Giant Eagle has more than 200 Giant Eagle supermarkets located throughout western Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and Maryland. The stores offer a number of private label and name brand meats, produce, grocery items, and health and beauty items. It also has a number of specialty services, including pharmacy, Pizza DiCasa and a photo lab. Together, the Giant Eagle stores form one of the largest food retailers and food distributors in the United States. The Giant Eagle concept was established in 1931 and maintains corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh.
