Tel Hai Retirement Community, located in Honey Brook, Pa., is a nationally accredited, nonprofit, continuing care community offering health care and personal services for the elderly. The community is home to more than 500 persons in residential cottages and apartments, Lakeview Assisted Living and the Meadows Health Care Center. The health care center provides a number of services, such as physical, occupational and speech therapy. The rehabilitation department provides subacute rehabilitation care to residents with short-term therapy needs who are planning on returning home or those who may need long-term therapy. The other areas covered by the health care center comprise podiatry, audiology, dental and ophthalmology services.
