The company is one of the oldest major common carriers in the United States. With 100 years of experience, Jones Motor Group is located in Limerick, Pa. The company began operating as John Jones Drayage Co. in 1894. Under the ownership of John Jones, Jones Motor Groups predecessor was established to haul glass, stone, milk, ice and potbelly stoves.
