Comcast-Spectacor is a Philadelphia-based sports and entertainment firm. Its parent company is Comcast, a provider of cable, entertainment and communications products and services principally broadband cable networks and in the delivery of programming content. Comcast-Spectator is the principal owner of Global Spectrum, which manages and operates public assembly facilities throughout the United States and Canada.
