From his small shop on the second floor of 30 Cutler St., Ron Rantilla assembles and ships the FrontRower system he invented and developed. This rowing system, along with the custom boats he builds or sends as kits to be assembled, are shipped around the world. Rantilla says his largest markets are the west coast of the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Northern Europe. His unique system allows the rower to face the bow of the boat rather than rowing backwards and having to turn his/her head to prevent running into something.
