Paul celebrated his 33rd wedding anniversary in 2018. He has adult children, grandchildren and two dogs. The MacPhails are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg, where Paul has served as a Deacon. Paul is an avid Cincinnati Bearcats fan.
