Classes are provided on a variety of topics and geared toward a wide range of educational backgrounds. In addition, the SDA can develop and present custom training classes to meet your needs. A company may access SDA educational services only by becoming a member. The SDA convenes task forces, committees and peer groups on shared interests as needed. Because sensitive issues are discussed, trust, mutual respect and confidentiality are keys to a successful relationship with fellow SDA members. Complex issues often require that businesses join hands and work as one with other organizations. As an SDA member, you give voice to the business viewpoint in approaching these complex issues.
