Taylor Stratton Elementary School, established in 1996, is a learning center that serves more than 600 students in kindergarten through grade four. The school is a part of Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools, which serves over 74,000 students through various elementary, middle and high schools and alternative learning and special education centers. Taylor Stratton Elementary School offers a variety of academic programs, including English as a Second Language, behavioral intervention and special education. The school operates language arts, math, science and social studies departments. It also offers Title 1 support and a mentoring program through the juvenile courts.
