My modalities include cranial sacral to locate and hold areas along the head and spine for corrective techniques providing lasting relief from pain. Acupressure on acupoint holds at the points of tension. Advance integrative techniques are used to manipulate muscles, range-of-motion stretching, and side-lying positions to achieve a release of muscle tension. I can use applied kinesiology for muscle testing to locate trouble areas to manipulate along with isolated muscle stretches for better range of motion. Neuromuscular is often used to focus on a specific location of pain or referred pain for relief. I also use fascial release and post-isometric release for body movement; as well as pre/post sports massage to help prep and warm the muscles before an athletic event as well as aiding and starting the recovery process after an athletic events.
