The Dallas County Utility and Reclamation District, a subdivision of the state of Texas, is responsible for operating and constructing infrastructure and amenity elements in Irving in Texas. The district performs flood control and drainage and raw water supply and irrigation operations. It offers land reclamation, lake management, and land-based and water transportation services.
