Austin Hammond isn't your typical Realtor. Growing up on a ranch in Waxahachie taught him the value of responsibility, dedication, and hard work. While working on his degree in advertising at the University of Texas at Arlington he acquired his first rental property. Needless to say it was a fixer upper and he took the next 7 months completely renovating the property! Learning everything about housing along the way he was instantly hooked! He married his wife Kim and started a rental property business called Blooming Tree Investments. They are currently working on their 10th property in the DFW. This business has allowed him to become very detail oriented and catch flaws in homes that others might miss.
