Homer L. Clark, Enrolled Tax Agent, is the president of Bayou Express Tax Service, Inc. A Waco, Texas native, he earned a BBA in accounting from Texas Southern University. Before founding his own accounting and tax practice in 1995, Homer spent 26 years with one of Houston’s largest engineering and construction firms. With extensive experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and tax preparation, Homer is authorized to practice before the IRS and specializes in tax services for individuals and small businesses. He also holds a state insurance license and has additional training in tax planning, insurance, and financial planning. He is in the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the National Society of Tax Professionals, and actively participates in various social and charitable organizations.
