A Ballroom to celebrate all special events had always been the owners dream; as he loved to celebrate any & all special occasions with a PARTY! Mr. Herrera then purchase this property, cleared out the land & built Blue Island from the ground up. Mr. Herrera gave Mrs. Herrera the honor of naming the Ballroom; the first thing that came to Mrs. Herrera was the city she grew up in Blue Island, Illinois!!
