BSA was started based on the concept of Balance, Strength, and Athleticism. Originally just specializing in adult personal training, BSA recognized the need for youth performance and group training and has expanded to include nutrition services as well.
Specialties
Each of our clients will receive a free week of training with consultation so we are able to personalized your training program. We offer both personal training and group training programs. All of our sessions are 1 hour and are designed to give you optimum performance. Each trainer uses their own style to assist clients in achieving their goals. From circuit training to kettle bells, weight lifting to SAQ (speed, agility, quickness) training, there are many creative ways to reach your fitness goals. Find the trainer that best suits your style. Our business specializes in changing people for the better.
