I am a personal trainer for strength and conditioning for both sports performance and fitness. I train people of all ages and skill levels in Olympic and Power lifting. If you're looking to be strong, fit, and fast, there is no better full-body exercise than Olympic lifting. But it can be hard to find an experienced coach who will teach you the proper technique for performing the movements safely. I've been a strength coach for 35+ years and I've been continuously certified (with ongoing education) since 1985. The result is that I will show you how to become strong -- and fast -- using proper technique and the latest effective tools (not just fads). I specialize in training athletes for maximum performance and adults who are looking to grow in strength and functional fitness.
