HistoryRealty Restoration, LLC was formed in 2001 by David Davison, CR, CKBR and is a proud member of Austin NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry). David Davison, CR, CKBR is a Master Electrician, Certified Remodeler* and Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler* with over 30 years experience in the construction and remodeling industry. David started the firm after a career in the commercial sector managing large electric companies burned him out and he needed a fresh start. His expertise learned from his grandfather at a young age still helps today. Christopher Davison, AIA, David's son, joined the firm in 2009 when the firm transitioned in to a design+build company whop could walk you through he entire process instead of relying on third party designers.SpecialtiesWe are a father-son residential design+build firm that walks you through the entire process from initial design to permitting and construction. As part of the design process, you will make material selections and define a complete scope of work which will be used to give a firm estimate for construction costs. Our design team is led by Architect Christopher Davison, AIA and we work in Revit which is an Autodesk BIM software that allows you to visualize all spaces in the 3D with solar shade patterns on exterior surfaces for energy considerations. We specialize in high end residential remodels and attention to detail. When quality is your first priority is a tag line we live by. We have skilled craftsmen to take pride in their work and our final product shows it.
